iClaims Australia / Management and adviser preparation

The history. The sources.
The decisions ahead.

When a customer matter needs management or adviser review, an organised factual pack helps the next person understand the record. We assemble the history, evidence and open questions without substituting for their decisions.

Start with the available case record

Bring the full picture
to the next review.

We agree the matter, intended reviewer and scope of preparation. Available inputs can include the chronology, repair and inspection records, photographs, customer requests, correspondence, costs and outstanding actions.

Original records stay intact. The pack should preserve material that supports or challenges an account, while making missing evidence and disputed points visible.

Explain the history.

Prepare a factual account of reported concerns, inspections, repair attempts, requests and responses. Keep recorded findings separate from assertions and unresolved questions.

Connect the sources.

Index supporting records so the reviewer can locate the document or correspondence behind a point and check its context.

Identify what remains.

Set out missing information, open requests, action owners and decisions needing the dealership’s or advisers’ attention.

What you receive

A factual pack
for a focused review.

Agreed outputs can include a dated chronology, source index, factual summary, issues list, communication and cost record, and outstanding-action list.

Useful review questions

Which facts have documentary support? Where do accounts differ? What information is still missing? Who needs to make the next decision, and what records will help them review it?

The service is administrative ACL case preparation, excluding warranty administration and legal representation. Customer responses, repairs and remedies remain the dealer’s responsibility. Qualified advisers provide legal advice and judgement. A prepared pack does not determine liability or guarantee a dispute outcome.
