iClaims Australia / Evidence and chronology

The evidence in order.
A history you can follow.

Repair records, inspection findings, photographs and emails each explain part of a customer matter. We organise those sources into an indexed file and dated history, with gaps and disputed points kept visible.

Start with the source material

The record.
The dates. The context.

We agree which matter and records to review. The work can bring together documents held by different people without replacing the original material.

  • Repair and inspection recordsWork orders, recorded findings, repair attempts and inspection reports.
  • Photographs and supporting documentsAvailable images and documents with their source, date and connection to the matter.
  • Requests and correspondenceCustomer concerns, manufacturer or importer communications, responses and references to further evidence.

What iClaims does

Connect the events
to their evidence.

Index the sources.

Identify each document by source and date. Keep original records intact and connect relevant material to the case history.

Build the chronology.

Place reported concerns, inspections, repair attempts, requests and responses in sequence. A repair visit and its recorded outcome remain distinct.

Make uncertainty visible.

Separate recorded findings, reported concerns, disputed points and missing information. Identify the source needed to answer an open question.

What you receive

A checkable record.
A focused gaps list.

Agreed outputs can include an evidence index, dated chronology and list of missing or conflicting material, with questions for the next review.

Useful review questions

Which record supports a repair visit? Was an inspection before or after the next repair attempt? Is a referenced report present, or does correspondence only mention it?

This is administrative ACL case preparation, excluding warranty administration. The dealer retains customer and remedy decisions; qualified advisers provide legal advice and representation.
