Position: Senior Data Auditor

Stephanie has been working within the dealership environment for more than 15 years.

In 2006 Stephanie started on her warranty path. Initially, Stephanie did data entry which worked from information on dealership repair orders. This required a great need for attention to detail and accuracy. Stephanie started processing warranty in 2013 for various manufacturers and maintained that position until she moved into the Senior Data Auditor position.

Stephanie’s role within iCS is to make sure the data is valid and correct, and she could not be a more perfect fit for that role. If it can pass Stephanie, then it is valid without question.

Stephanie has also had other positions outside of the warranty industry which have enabled her to possess strong customer service skills. Overall, Stephanie possesses a unique and diverse skill set that enables her to work efficiently and accurately for our customers.
