Heidi Huntley

Position: Vice President

Heidi has over 20 years of warranty claim management under her belt. She has a strong background in customer relations and sales, often being the “go-to” person for issues concerning claims processing or account concerns. Her multifaceted roles have shaped Heidi into an understanding, but compliant warranty claims administrator. She believes that perspective and diligence are the qualities needed to get the job done.

Heidi has over 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Most of those years were spent working within Ford dealerships but she also has 10 years working with Chrysler warranty. Her automotive path began as a Rental/Fleet Manager and moved through several other positions within dealerships. Her additional roles were Warranty Administrator, Accounts Payable Administrator and Service Advisor. In her most recent endeavor, Heidi was the Sales and Customer Relations Representative; also using her time to process Ford and Chrysler warranty claims. Additionally, Heidi has worked with RV dealerships across the United States for their claims processing needs. Her ability to understand the ever-changing policies and procedures of warranty allow her to pass that knowledge on to her clients. This is a valuable attribute; the more the client understands, the better standing they will be in with the individual manufacturer.

Heidi’s knowledge base allows her to oversee and manage the day-to-day processes of the organization. She is determined to get all the warranty dollars allowed to the dealer from the manufacturer; nothing goes to the bottom of her piles to deal with later. She is tenacious, focused and committed to each task she takes on, these qualities will only help any dealership she works with achieve their goals, as well as ours.
