Chris Balderrama

For over 30 years Chris has been involved with automotive, powersports, tractor/agriculture, marine, RV and extreme luxury dealer organizations. Whether challenged to lead an aggressive turnaround or drive revenue growth within an emerging organization, he delivers results. Beginning his career as a porter at the age of 18, he worked his way up the ranks; Multisite Fixed Operations Director, General Sales Manager and General Manager are among some of the positions he has held – he has literally worked in every department of a dealership so Chris understands the ripple effect through an organization something, or someone, can have.

Chris was nominated twice to sit on Ford Motor Company’s Dealer Council’s sub-committee, for a total of 7 years. He also was honored to sit on the Dealer Business Development board within Ford for 3 years, which actively dealt with an array of business and warranty topics.

Chris currently serves as an advisor for two boards of directors for OEM Tier 1 & 2 companies. Since 2014, Chris have been engaged in the turnaround and restructuring of underperforming dealerships of all types throughout North America and Europe delivering tremendous results. Chris is always on the lookout for new ways to drive dealership revenue and reduce costs. One of his key strengths is the ability to recruit and develop strong, performance-driven sales, service, and finance teams. Additionally, he is skilled in strategic business planning, P&L management, competitive market positioning, F&I, quality and service improvement, customer service, quality control and startup operations associated with buy/sells.
